Roxana Semorile is a distinguished professional with deep expertise in business development, community relations, and administrative leadership. Currently, she serves as Chief of Staff at MANDEX, Inc.,a firm of over 130 employees across diverse sectors, including information technology, systems engineering, national defense, and intelligence communities, both domestically and globally.

Roxana’s career spans both the public and private sectors, where she has held key leadership roles. As Associate Dean of Administration at Catholic University’s School of Theology and Religious Studies, she pioneered initiatives such as the Committee of Hispanic Catholicism Endowment and the National Haciendo Caminos program. In this capacity, she managed the daily operations of the School, Institutes, and Centers, enhancing both academic and administrative performance.

In her role as Executive Director of the District of Columbia Office of Latino Affairs, Roxana developed and executed strategies to improve access to services for the Latino community, while also leading policy reform efforts at local and federal policy levels. Additionally, as Vice President at Ibarra Strategy Group, she focused on public affairs, particularly in relation to Latino issues and international partnerships. Roxana has also represented prominent organizations like Verizon and the National Building Trades, advocating on their behalf and strengthening their community and business relationships on Capitol Hill.

Roxana’s broad skill set in strategic planning, community engagement, and policy development has consistently delivered impactful results for the organizations she has supported. She also serves on several boards, offering strategic counsel to leadership at organizations such as Trinity Missions and Columbia Lighthouse for the Blind.
