Dorothy Zolandz has been a parishioner at Church of the Annunciation for over 25 years. She is the Executive Director of Report Review at the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine. In this role, she oversees the quality of the analyses and recommendations produced by the National Academies, and advises its senior leadership on risk, and manages change and evolution of business processes. She performed postdoctoral research at the California Institute of Technology, holds the Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry from Harvard University, and a B.A. in chemistry from Douglass College at Rutgers University. She is a member of the Board of Trustees of Boystown, and is active in supporting citizens returning from incarceration through DC-based Jubilee Housing. She and her husband, Mark, live in Washington, DC.
