Principal’s Message

Dear ACS Scholars,

I am writing this letter this morning because I really, truly miss each and everyone of you. I am missing your smiles, stories and positive spirit that brightens the world of every teacher, and ACS adult you meet.

During this time of uncertainty, we really do not know what is next.  However, we know one thing for sure. God is faithful and even in hard times he never leaves us or forsakes us. So we need to keep our Trust in Him. Keep praying, singing praises to God and being positive.

In Town Hall, we recite our School Creed and I know that each of you believe the words. How do I know?  Your actions!  Scholars, you all have been doing such an amazing job since we started Remote Learning. You are using technology daily, completing your assignments and working hard. Some of you have told me you are working even harder than usual. You know that I am super excited to hear this. The third Quarter closes next week so be sure to turn in your assignments and finish the 3rd Quarter strong. Communicate with your teachers and with me, we are here for you and love to hear from you.

We are planning some fun ways to connect while we learn remotely so stay tuned. We will have a huge Footprint celebration whenever we return to school and everyone will be invited.

Again, I am praying for you, your families, our teachers and the world. Please join me and say one Our Father each day for the world.

Continue being awesome and stay connected. We may not be in the same building but we are the same ACS family.

Talk soon.

Constant Blessings and Virtual hugs!
Mrs. Peltier Lewis
