Friday 6/2 Half Day (12:30PM Early Dismissal w/ aftercare)
Saturday 6/3 8th Grade Graduation at 10:00AM (Graduates must arrive by 9AM)
Tuesday 6/13 Kindergarten Graduation at 10:00AM (Graduates must arrive by 9AM)
Friday 6/16 Last Day of School- Half Day (12:30PM Early Dismissal w/ no aftercare)
Tues 6/26 – Fri 8/4 ACS Summer Camp
Tuesday 8/22 Middle School Orientation (6th-8th Grade)
Monday 8/29 First Day of School

Our ACS Student Art Show & Exhibition concludes on Tuesday, May 30th. Please feel free to join us!

03-community-service

Community Service Hours are due for our Middle School Scholars on the following dates:

  • 8th grade scholars- 5/30 (32 hours)
  • 6th & 7th grade scholars- 6/2 (24 hours)

ACS honors our Music Director, Mrs. Shirley Printiss, honored guest Mrs. Shirley Ables, Mrs. Lewis, Ms. Covert, our scholars, staff, and community for an outstanding Spring Concert! A memorable moment that will never be forgotten!

We extend a heartfelt thanks to our entire community for making it a success!

Our ACS Environmental Club is accepting plant and flower pot donations to create a larger space for our plants to grow. Physical pots or monetary donations are welcomed. Please feel free to contact Senora Noguera if there are any questions. Thank you in advance for your support.

Classroom rosters are closing for our 2023-2024 school year due to increased enrollment! If you have not already, please contact Mrs. Kay or Ms. Boggs for assistance if needed.

ACS will honor our May Scholars of the Month for demonstrating the attributes of a person who’s Principled: They act with integrity and honesty, with a sense of fairness and justice, and with respect for the rights of people everywhere. They take responsibility for their actions.

Register today for our ACS Summer Camp!

A Summer of Learning & Fun! Running from Monday 06/26-Friday 8/04. Hours are 9a-3p. Aftercare is available! Offering academic enrichment, S.T.E.M. activities, games, art, crafts, music, gardening, dancing, sports training, and more! Register today for  $30 by contacting Mrs. Kay at office@annunciationschool.net.

Please be sure to send your scholar to school with at least two water bottles daily. Refillable water bottles are welcomed so that scholars can refill them.
