School Reminders: School begins at 7:45 AM. Scholars will be marked tardy after 8:00 AM. Please note that three tardies is equivalent to one absence.

MAP testing will start next Tuesday, October 1st and end on October 23rd. Please make sure that your 2nd-8th grade scholar(s) arrives on time, is/are well-rested, and has breakfast before arriving.

Scholars must arrive to school with complete uniforms as outlined on our website/within our Family Handbook https://annunciationschool.net/parents-page/uniform-requirements (We have allowed solid black sneakers this year). Non-logo items are fine if Flynn and O’Hara cannot meet your needs. ACS hoodies are allowed only on Mondays and on your scholar’s PE day. Also, hair color(s) must visually reflect our scholar’s natural/original tint.

Before & Aftercare Your scholar(s) MUST be registered to attend. All non-registered scholars arriving before 7:45 AM (excluding PreK scholars) or remaining after 3:15 PM, TADS account will be assessed the appropriate fees.

After School Clubs run from 3:05-4:00 PM. All scholars not registered for aftercare must dismiss at 4 PM. The TADS account(s) of any/all scholar(s) remaining on campus after 4:15 PM will be assessed the appropriate fees.

Our ACS Athletics Program is gearing up for our Winter Basketball Season. After School workouts are now taking place on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3-5 PM for our male scholars, grades 4-8th. Details to follow.

ACS Lunch Program: We will continue with our Pizza on Fridays. We will also be introducing a new lunch vendor for our Monday-Thursday lunches. Details to follow.

Our ACS Bake/Snack Sale Please allow your scholar(s) to bring in money for purchases on Fridays.. All purchases will be donated towards school activities.

Thank you in advance for donating food items weekly to our teacher/faculty lounge. You will receive 2 volunteer hours for your donations.
