School Reminders: School begins at 7:45 AM. Scholars will be marked tardy after 8:00 AM. Please note that three tardies is equivalent to one absence.

Scholars must arrive to school with complete uniforms as outlined on our website/within our Family Handbook.

We have allowed solid black sneakers this year. Non- logo items are fine if Flynn and O’Hara cannot meet your needs. ACS hoodies are allowed only on Mondays and on your scholar’s PE day. Also, hair color(s) must visually reflect our scholar’s natural/original tint.

MAP Testing will begin on Monday, January 23rd and conclude on Friday, February 7th. Please make sure that all scholars receive an adequate amount of sleep, eat breakfast daily, and arrive at school on time.

We extend a heartfelt thank you to all who gave a little joy to our local children during Advent w/ our Annual Community Christmas Toy Drive. It was an absolute success, and blessed the hearts and homes of many families.

ACS will honor the December Scholars of the Month on Friday, January 10th, awarded for exhibiting the attribute “Principled”.

Principled Scholars: Act with integrity and honesty, with a sense of fairness and justice, and with respect for the rights of people everywhere. They also take responsibility for their actions. Stay tuned for our selected scholars.

Before & Aftercare Your scholar(s) MUST be registered to attend. All non-registered scholars arriving before 7:45 AM (excluding PreK scholars) or remaining after 3:15 PM, TADS account will be assessed the appropriate fees.

After School Clubs run from 3:05-4:00 PM. All scholars not registered for aftercare must dismiss at 4 PM. The TADS account(s) of any/all scholar(s) remaining on campus after 4:15 PM will be assessed the appropriate fees.
