I have an undergraduate degree in Mathematics and a Masters Degree in Educational Administration. I taught middle school math for 10 years at Blessed Sacrament School, DC. I then served there as Vice Principal and then as Principal for 11 years. Upon leaving I was recruited to work in the Catholic Schools Office as a consultant. I worked in teacher Professional Development, Strategic Planning, Procuring Title Funds for schools, the Principal Mentoring Program and as Interim Director of the Consortium of Catholic Schools and St. Michael’s school in Silver Spring. I also had my own consulting business providing Strategic Planning to Catholic schools locally and with the Bishop’s Conference nationally.
I have a wonderful husband, four grown children and seven beautiful grandchildren. I am a long standing active member of Blessed Sacrament parish.
